Once a booking has been confirmed verbally or by writing you agree to our terms and conditions below.Credit/Debit card details must be given on reservations. We charge 4 % surcharge on credit card payments & debit cards 50p. Cancellation notice must be given 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time, fist nights payment will be charged. Balance to be paid on check-in on the day of arrival. Any damages or missing items from our rooms or other public areas cost will be charged to your card details given. We are a non-smoking guest house.

If there is any evidence of smoking, we will charge an extra nights stay to enable airing of the room. Please consider and respect our other guests.
