Fairways Guest House is an attractive Victorian building built in the late 1800's with limited access to wheelchairs. The main entrance to the guest house has two steps 160mm and 210mm high. Outside the main entrance and over the car park is laid with 3/4 gravel stone.

Generally, on arrival, you will be welcomed by the proprietors; however, due to the coronavirus pandemic, there will be limited contact.

The main entrance has two steps 160mm and 210mm high. Find the doorbell, which is on the right side of the front door. There is also an internal bell in the reception should you require the proprietors.

Most rooms are on the first floor; access is by stairs only. However, we have ground floor rooms more suitable for someone with limited mobility.

There is an L2 category fire alarm system with smoke/sound detection throughout the property. Please advise us on arrival if you have any hearing or vision impairment or need additional help.

In England, it is mandatory by law for almost all enclosed public places and workplaces to be smoke-free. Since July 1, 2007, our establishment has implemented a strict "No Smoking" policy, and anyone caught smoking on the premises may be asked to leave immediately.
