A continental breakfast pack is often a cost-effective option compared to purchasing individual breakfast items. It's also a good value for money when you consider the convenience and variety it offers.

Why it’s nice to take breakfast later.
The idea of taking breakfast later in the day may appeal to some people for various reasons. Here are some potential benefits of having breakfast later:
Allows for Intermittent Fasting:
Delaying breakfast can be a form of intermittent fasting, which has been linked to various health benefits. Intermittent fasting involves restricting food intake to a specific period and then abstaining from food for the rest of the day. By delaying breakfast, one can extend the overnight fast and potentially reap the benefits of intermittent fasting.
May Help with Weight Management:
For some people, delaying breakfast can help control calorie intake and lead to weight loss. By skipping breakfast or having it later in the day, they may naturally consume fewer calories overall. Additionally, delaying breakfast can prevent snacking or grazing between meals, which can also contribute to weight gain.
Better Digestive Health:
Eating too early in the morning may not be ideal for some people as their digestive system may not be fully active yet. By delaying breakfast, they may allow their body to wake up and their digestive system to function optimally.
Increased Productivity:
Some people find that delaying breakfast helps them be more productive in the morning. By delaying their first meal, they may be able to focus on work or other tasks without feeling distracted or hungry.
More Time for Exercise:
For people who exercise in the morning, delaying breakfast can allow them to work out first thing in the morning and then have their meal later. This may be preferable for some individuals as they may feel better exercising on an empty stomach.
It's important to note that while delaying breakfast may have some benefits, it may not be the best approach for everyone. It's essential to listen to your body's needs and preferences and find a routine that works for you.
