Fairways Guest House in Cambridge is located just 20 meters away from the bus stop, which is situated opposite the guest house. Taxi services are also available, and Voi electric scooters can be found within a 5-minute walk.

Getting around Cambridge from a central spot is refreshingly straightforward. Cambridge’s public transport system features frequent buses, easy taxi pick-ups, and the main Cambridge Railway Station just a manageable stroll or short bus ride away. 1. Check in Between 16:00 and 21:00 - Check out by 10:00. 2. Children aged 3 or over are welcome. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas. 5. No stag and hen groups. 6. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.
Payment Conditions
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Full booking balance must be paid 28 days before arrival. Payments by the following cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Additional Check In Notes
Check in before 16.00 may be available on request. Please telephone to arrange this before your arrival day.
Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to GBP 20.00 per unit booked will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Please note, guests under the age of 18 are only permitted to stay in the guest house if accompanied by an adult of 21 years or over. This property is unable to accommodate stag or hen parties, or similar groups.
